Cannot find Attach Table under File with Database window open due to moved.
Cause:
The 'Attach Table' command has been renamed as 'Link Tables' and moved to the 'Get External Data' submenu under the 'File' menu.
Solution:
To link tables in Access 7.0, use the 'Link Tables...' command on the 'Get External Data' submenu under the 'File' menu.
1) If the destination database (the database to which to link tables) is not already open, open the database.
2) (Optional) Activate its Database window:
a) Select the 'Window' menu.
b) Select the name of the database.
3) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Get External Data'. (A submenu appears.)
4) Select 'Link Tables...' from the submenu. (The Link dialog box appears.)
5) Make sure 'Microsoft Access (*.mdb;*.mdw;)' is selected in the 'Files of type' drop-down list box.
6) Select the drive where the source database (the database from which to link tables) is located from the 'Look in' drop-down list.

12) Click 'OK' to link to the selected table(s). (The selected table(s) appears in the destination database, with an arrow in front of the name(s).)
13) Repeat steps 1) through 12) for each file containing table(s) to be linked.
NOTE: If two linked tables from the same source database already have relationships established, the relationships remain in effect in the destination database.
